When will my item ship?
A. All one-of-a-kind clocks featured on our site are in stock
and ready to ship within 48 hours from the next business day following
your order. All catalog clocks and children's clocks will ship
within 2 weeks. Wall art will ship within 5 business days and
art prints will ship within 2 weeks. If we go on vacation, we
will post it well in advance and let you know when you can expect
your item.

What is your return policy?
A. We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us via e-mail or
phone within 7 days of receiving your order and we will exchange
it for another item or refund the purchase price (excluding shipping).
Unless the item is defective, return shipping is the responsibility
of the buyer. Items must be returned in their original condition,
so please keep the packing materials for 7 days. After 7 days,
there will be a 20% re-stock fee for returned items. No returns
after 30 days.

How will my item ship?
A. We ship most of our wall clocks, wall art and art prints through
FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Unless there are special circumstances,
we will make the choice as to which carrier we will use.

Will the colors of my art clock, wall art or painting look exactly
like what I see on the website?
A. As all computer monitors are callibrated differently, you cannot
expect the colors on your screen to exactly match the actual colors.
The images on the website are for reference purposes only and
if you have concerns about color, please ask us about it when
you order.

What if I need my order sooner for a special event?
A. Please let us know when you order the date that you need to
have your order by. We always do our best to work with shipping
requests and will let you know right away if it is not possible
to meet your request. You can also call us and we can quote you
an express or overnight shipping price.

Do you ship to locations outside of the United States?
A. Yes. We are happy to ship to international destinations.
Please e-mail us (before you order) with your complete address
so we can give you a shipping quote. You may be responsible for
extra duties or taxes when you receive your clock. Knowledge and
acceptance of these duties or taxes is the buyer's responsibility.

Infinity Arts Gallery will only use your information to contact
you regarding your current order status, answer questions, and
to send tracking information. We will never sell or distribute
your information in any way. And, we will only contact you in
the future if you sign up for our mailing list!

Do you guarantee your art clocks?
A. Yes. The craftsmanship of our wall clocks is guaranteed to
be free from defects for 5 years. This does not apply to damage
resulting from misuse or abuse of the clock. We also guarantee
our clockworks for 5 years from date of purchase.

What materials are your art clocks made from?
A. Our wall clocks are made from mdf or medium
density fiberboard. It is a wood composite that we have chosen
for its durability and consistency. The clocks are painted with
acrylic paints and often adorned with copper, brass or aluminum
accents.

Do the art clocks make noise?
A. Our clockworks and pendulums are virtually silent. There is
no evident ticking sound to drive you crazy at 3 am.

How are the art clocks finished?
A. The clocks are finished with a clear acrylic top coat to protect
them from scratches and small amounts of moisture.

What type of battery will I need for my art clock?
A. Your wall clock takes one "AA" battery that is included
with your purchase.
